The link between business and technology: grasps business processes quickly, turns them into clear requirements and builds working solutions from them with AI tools. Working in supply-chain analytics, SAP transformation and reporting at ALDI since 2018, most recently as Global Supply Chain Reporting Manager with 12 direct reports across 2 agile squads and more than 300 harmonised KPIs for 7 countries. Since 2026, independently builds production web applications with large language models (Claude Code, Lovable) – an AI-assisted job-matching platform that has assessed more than 36,000 job ads, and a business application for an Australian service company – each from requirements analysis through to operation.

Selected AI and digital projects

Both projects follow the same approach: understand the business problem, specify the requirements precisely, build with AI, then test and secure the result against measurable criteria. They show how a business question becomes a production application without an in-house development team.

First Class Filter Care – Business Application for a Service Company

Freelance for First Class Filtration, Adelaide (Australia) · June 2026 – present

Starting point: a young company installing and servicing water filters needed one system for customers, technicians, administration and finance. There was no development team; bookings, contracts and invoices ran on phone calls, paper and spreadsheets.

Approach

  • Captured the business model, workflows and roles (customer, technician, administration, finance) with the owner and turned them into a detailed specification: data model, permissions, user flows, business rules and security requirements
  • Drove further development through 35 written requirement documents (~26,000 words) – one concept per extension, with goals, affected tables, acceptance criteria and scope limits, so the work stays steerable and traceable for both people and AI
  • Chose tools by project phase: a fast prototype in the AI app builder Lovable, then further development in Claude Code for more control over database, tests and deployment; around 500 versions in 5 months
  • Migrated the application and data from Lovable to own Supabase/Vercel infrastructure, including database migration scripts and transfer of all existing data
  • Business testing and bug fixing in iterative rounds with the owner; requirements continuously prioritised by operational value

Result

  • Customer portal: online booking with capacity control, rescheduling, service history, meter readings to predict the next filter change, referral programme with credits
  • Operations: route planning across 7 service zones with automatic assignment by postcode, technician assignment and availability, daily run sheets, status history per job
  • Contracts and finance: digital installation contracts with e-signature (in person or by link), versioned contract templates, invoicing including GST, deposit receipts, payment reconciliation, contractor invoicing, cost view for the finance role
  • Architecture: React/TypeScript (TanStack Start), PostgreSQL (Supabase) with ~40 tables, 60 database functions and row-level security, hosted on Vercel; integrations with the Google Places API (address autocomplete, key server-side only) and Resend (email delivery)
  • Also produced with AI: website with 4 articles, privacy, terms and warranty pages, marketing strategy, installation agreement, guides for administration, customers and technicians, invoice and email templates
  • Status: live, early stage

Job Tracker – AI-Assisted Job-Matching and Application Platform

Private project, Cologne · September 2026 – present

Starting point: job hunting across several boards was hard to keep track of, and AI-generated applications tend to invent qualifications. The goal was a system that scans the market daily, scores it honestly and builds documents only from evidenced facts.

Approach and result

  • Daily automated collection of new job ads from 5 sources – Bundesagentur für Arbeit (REST API), XING (GraphQL API), StepStone, EnglishJobs and Talent.com; more than 36,000 ads in a SQLite database
  • Scoring of every ad: keyword coverage against the confirmed profile (calibrated against reference cases), cosine similarity, public-transport commute time via the EFA interface, duplicate detection across job boards
  • Rule-based detection of degree and language requirements with automated tests; every rule measured against the stored data – e.g. detection of German-language requirements improved from 348 to 678 ads, without false hits such as "Deutschlandticket"
  • LLM agents (Claude CLI) for analysis and ATS review at the press of a button; job ads treated as untrusted input, agents run with no tool access (protection against prompt injection)
  • Application pipeline of 4 custom Claude Code skills (tailor CV, ATS score, revision, cover letter EN/DE) with one fixed fact base as the only source: no invented qualifications, open points are asked about and recorded
  • Interfaces guarded against silent failures: every fetch checks that a filter was actually applied – which caught an unannounced change at StepStone immediately
  • Runs locally with no ongoing API costs: Node.js server, dashboard as a mobile web app (PWA), daily run via Windows Task Scheduler
  • Technical decisions and measurements documented throughout, so every rule stays traceable and can be developed further by a person or by AI
